5 Skills to Listening :  Listening is one of those activities we are never formally taught, like eating, walking and talking, it is just part of growing up. Have you ever notices that there are same people you find yourself talking freely with and others with whom you feel uncomfortable or inhibited? How can you create an environment in which people feel at ease and able to talk openly?  This afternoon will give you insights and tools to make quality listening a reality.

Well-Being Course 20th March: Play and Laughter: Did you know that it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown?  Do you take life too seriously? Help us to check out some ways to bring in some lightness now and then.

15/03/2013 19:30 – 21:00

Suppressing and repressing feelings is OK when it comes to ‘keeping the peace’, but in the end all it’s ever really likely to do is end up in a big blow up, or, worse, you’ll eventually get sick!
